Nintendo just revealed a new, limited edition, Metroid-themed New Nintendo 3DS XL, which will release alongside Metroid: Samus Returns on September 15th. The console is a reddish orange, reminiscent of Samus’s suit, and features a stylish silhouette of Samus Aran. The system will cost $200 at launch, not including the price for Metroid: Samus Returns, as the game will be sold separately.

Metroid: Samus Returns is a re-imagining of Metroid II: Return of Samus, which came out for the original Game Boy back in 1997. Samus Returns was announced at E3 2017 and was met with enormous excitement from Metroid fans, as it’s the first 2D game in the series since the release of Metroid: Zero Mission over fourteen years ago. The remake will launch on Nintendo 3DS in just over a month, on September 15th, 2017.
