Konami has recently released a trailer for its Metal Gear Solid 3-themed Pachinko game, showing off several scenes in the Fox Engine (which was used to power Metal Gear Solid V). Several minigames were shown in the trailer, including a chibi version of Virtuous Mission and a minigame based on Snake’s first confrontation with Ocelot.

The quality of the scenes has prompted some theories that the assets for the Pachinko game may have come from a cancelled remake of
Metal Gear Solid 3. This may mean that the Pachinko version will be a fully-fledged remake of the classic Snake Eater installment from the MGS franchise.

Are you looking forward to this remake, even if it is just in terms of cutscenes? Do you think a Pachinko version can possibly do the original title justice? Let us know what you think below!
