In the 25 minute long blast of information that was Nintendo’s E3 2017 Direct, we were sideswiped with details on several new games that are coming to the Nintendo Switch. We heard tell of main line Pokémon games and Metroid Prime 4, and we’ve seen trailers for Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Kirby, and Fire Emblem Warriors. But all Nintendo consoles would be incomplete if they didn’t have their own Yoshi side-scroller. Yoshi will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2018.

The game will run on Unreal Engine 4, and it will give Yoshi the ability to flip the world upside down with a ground pound! Check it all out in the video above!

What did you think of this new Yoshi title? Do you think it’ll find its way onto your shelf? Hit the comments to let us know what you think about it!
