Since Call of Duty: Black Ops III launched last fall, Activision has more people playing than ever before. In the latest post from Activision, they announced that Infinity Ward will be showing off the next entry in the Call of Duty franchise at this year’s E3. While Activision will be present to show off the next Call of Duty, they announced that they will not have a booth at this year’s E3. Unfortunately, Activision did not give a reason why they will not be setting up a booth this year, instead ending the statement by hyping up the conclusion of the first season of the Call of Duty World League.

“We’re also going to be celebrating the community this fall at the Call of Duty Championship, marking the epic conclusion of the first season of the Call of Duty World League, and holding a major community event that will give fans special insight and access to the world of Call of Duty.

“We have an exciting year ahead and have some great stuff planned that we can’t wait to share with you. Don’t be surprised to find us in some other unexpected places as well.”
