Terraria, by 505 Games, came out in 2011 for multiple platforms and has since been released on last-gen, current-gen, and mobile devices – pretty much everywhere except for Nintendo platforms. This may change, however, as Amazon has recently listed Terraria as available for pre-order on 3DS for the price of $30. Set with a release date of October 31st, this posting is almost identical to the one spotted in January. This is of course unofficial, but Amazon has been known for accidentally posting games, whether they are actually coming out or not.

The game is already listed on Amazon for its other platforms, so reason tells us that the developer would continue the trend and post
Terraria for 3DS (or Wii U) on the e-commerce site. The game has been suspected to be released for Nintendo platforms ever since Gamefly listed it back in January, with Amazon following two days later. This recent re-posting only serves to further cement suspicion. The original listing can be located here, with a carbon copy found on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

What do you think? Could this game actually be coming to the 3DS or the Wii U, or are these sites simply teasing us? Let us know in the comments.
