Nintendo’s mysterious NX console was finally officially revealed as Nintendo Switch this morning, putting an end to months of speculation and rumors. During the console’s preview trailer, multiple games were shown to be running on it, including The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon, and even Skyrim.

Unfortunately, despite its appearance in the video, Skyrim may not be coming to Nintendo Switch after all. After the trailer released, Bethesda issued a statement to Games Industry, clarifying that they are not confirming any specific titles for the console.

“We’re happy to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Nintendo on the video. While we are not confirming any specific titles at this time, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo and support of the Switch. We look forward to revealing specific games and details in the future.”

Bethesda is one of the companies that Nintendo listed as a Nintendo Switch partner earlier today. While Bethesda confirms that they will support the console, they are unwilling to commit to Skyrim being on it at this time.
