According to Nintendo’s European Download PR, the Donkey Kong Country trilogy is coming back to the European Wii Shop Channel and will be put on sale for the price of 800 points.

All three games were removed a few months ago for unknown reasons, and it’s great to know they’re back on sale! The first two games, Donkey Kong Country and Diddy’s Kong Quest were returned to the 3DS and Wii U Virtual Consoles a few days ago, and Dixie’s Double Trouble will come back on October 30th.

There’s no specific confirmation that the games will be available worldwide, and we don’t know exactly when they will be put back on the shop.

Did you ever play these games back when they came out, or on the Wii before they were removed? Will you be buying them on the Wii Shop Channel? Let us know in the comments!
