Dragon Ball FighterZ is the most critically acclaimed game in franchise history, and it’s about to get even better. Bandai Namco’s adaptation of the popular manga and anime series is finally heading to Nintendo Switch on September 28th, and they’ll be holding an open beta in August to prepare.
When the game makes its Nintendo debut, it will include some brand new modes to spice up the multiplayer action. In addition to the standard 3v3 gameplay, there will be new 1v1 and 2v2 matches. There will also be an offline-only Party Match mode featuring six players. It’s unclear at this time whether these modes will remain exclusive to Switch or come to other platforms as well.
