The annual Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, kicks off on June 14th in LA. The three day gaming convention is largely a closed event, open mostly to game developers, distributors, and journalists, with only a select few members of the general public in attendance. However, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has just announced that they’ll also be holding a public convention this year. While members of the press go hands-on with game demos at the LA Convention Center, gamers are invited to do the same at the “E3 Live” convention at LA Live downtown.
The ESA is promising playable games, gadgets and gear, live entertainment (including dance competitions), interactive experiences (including industry personalities), and exclusive merchandise. The event will be happening at 800 W. Olympic Blvd. in downtown Los Angeles, and hands-on time with games kicks off at 5:00 PM Pacific on June 14th. Doors will be open at noon the next two days. Admission into E3 Live is free, but tickets are limited. You can register by clicking right here!
