During Bethesda’s conference tonight, the company announced that it would be releasing ports of Fallout 4 and DOOM for virtual reality systems. We didn’t get much information about either game, and we have no exact release date for either. However, from what we know so far, it seems that Fallout 4 VR will be a full port of the original game, officially making it the biggest open-world experience on any virtual reality hardware. DOOM VFR, on the other hand, may not be a full port of the original game, but rather a series of minigames and activities inspired by the original.

Fallout 4 VR is coming to HTC Vive in October 2017. DOOM VFR has no release window yet, and it’s not clear whether it’ll be an HTC Vive exclusive.
