Capcom released Final Fight 2 on the SNES back in 1993, and then released its sequel, Final Fight 3, two years later in 1995. The side-scrolling action games are set in Metro City, and the player controls the city’s mayor, Mike Hagger, who is a former pro-wrestler. Now, Nintendo is bringing both Final Fight 2 and 3 to the North American New 3DS virtual console library.

In Final Fight 2, Haggar must search for his friends and save them from the Mad Gear Gang with the help of his companions Carlos and Maki. In Final Fight 3, your city is under attack from a group called “Skull Cross” who are vandalizing and terrorizing the town. You must team up with new allies Guy, Lucia, and Dean to take down Skull Cross and stop them before they cause any more damage to the city. Both Final Fight 2 and Final Fight 3 will release tomorrow on the Nintendo eShop for $7.99 each.
