The Game Awards have just wrapped up for the fifth year, and as promised, this year’s show was packed with announcements. The night featured the reveals of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled, The Outer Worlds, Smash Ultimate‘s first DLC pack, and more. The show also honored the top games of 2018 with various awards, and Red Dead Redemption 2 in particular was a huge star of the night with multiple wins. However, 2018’s game of the year wasn’t the recently-launched Western adventure, but God of War.
