It’s a sad day for the impatient Vita gamer, as Media Molecule’s adorable new IP Tearaway has been pushed back to a November 22 release. On the official PlayStation Blog, studio director Siobhan Reddy said more time was needed to finish the Little Big Planet developer’s new project.

“We’re really, really sorry for the minor delay, we promise you hand on heart that the wait will be worthwhile! Thanks for being patient, please don’t be too cross with us, lots of love, Mm xxxx”

Originally slated for a mid-October release, Tearaway is a promising Vita release that will make use of a wide range of the handheld’s features, including the front and rear cameras, as well as the rear touch pad. We look forward to a new dose of Media Molecule’s unique brand of adorable fun.
