According to reports on PlayStation Universe, the PlayStation 4 version of the new Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is outselling its Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 counterparts by a wide margin. Reportedly, 58% of all sales of Ground Zeroes are on the PlayStation 4, and an additional 15% of sales are for the PlayStation 3 — leaving just 27% for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 to share.
Hideo Kojima stated via his
Twitter, translated from Japanese, that he prefers that gamers play the PlayStation 4 version because that is the superior version to him. The PlayStation 4 version is supposed to run at a slightly higher framerate and resolution than the Xbox One. You can check out videos comparing the two, but honestly I can’t tell the difference. Both versions look excellent, but it seems that the PlayStation 4 is netting the higher sales.
Who all has played
Ground Zeroes? Who all has played it on PlayStation 4? Does it seem to be the better version, as Hideo Kojima thinks? Comment below!
