Earlier this week, the event organizers from Paris’s Japan Expo announced a very special guest who will be attending this year. Shigeru Miyamoto, the man who helped create Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda, will be giving a master class at one of the convention’s main stages. Miyamoto will be hosting a master class that will take place on July 3rd at 1:30 p.m. on the Ichigô stage. Unfortunately it is currently not known what the topic of his master class will be, but there is some speculation that he will discuss the upcoming Wii U title Mario Maker.

The Japan Expo is the biggest show related to Japanese culture in Europe. Nintendo has had a big presence at the expo every year, where they have hosted a ton of contests and competitions. Last year Miyamoto was supposed to attend the show, but he had to cancel due to his father’s health. Will you be attending the Japan Expo this year? What do you think Miyamoto will be lecturing about? Sound off in the comments below!
