Monster Hunter X has launched in Japan, and it’s a huge hit. Capcom’s action-focused spin-off sold nearly 1.5 million copies at launch and broke digital sales records. If sales aren’t enough to impress you, it also got a fourfold review from popular Japanese publication Famitsu Magazine. Famitsu has four editors review each game, and in the case of Monster Hunter X, all four gave it a score of 9, for a total score of 36/40.
