Monster Hunter X has already sold more on the Japanese Nintendo eShop in three days than Monster Hunter 4G (Ultimate in the West) did in its entire lifetime (remember, this concerns Japanese digital sales only). We do not have any information regarding the overall sales, and as such it is yet too early to draw any conclusions. Maybe the eShop right now is just a lot more popular than when it was back when Monster Hunter 4G came out. However, it is a real possibility that Monster Hunter X may be this much more popular, as it has already sold more 140,000 copies on eShop alone, and if it’s really successful, Capcom might decide to bring it to the West!

Hello everyone! I have been gaming for as long as I can remember. I still feel as enthousiastic about it as when I was a kid, perhaps even more. Though I have fun playing any kind of game, my favorite genre has to be JRPG's. I am also very passionate about Nintendo, I was brought up with their games and they do have a special place in my heart. I am also very passionate about writing, be it stories or articles, and that's why I'll try to do my very best here! P.S. Wario is number 1!
