A trademark recently surfaced for Monster Hunter Generations, and we speculated that it would be announced during today’s Nintendo Direct. That turned out to be correct, and we also learned during the Direct that Generations is the localized name of Monster Hunter X. This popular game is coming to North America this Summer, and Nintendo will be revealing more details in the future.
In the meantime, Nintendo announced that players with save data from
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will receive bonus content in Monster Hunter Generations. There will also be crossover content with the Fire Emblem series, granting players a set of armor based on Marth. You can check out the announcement trailer by clicking above!
