Nintendo recently announced the “Nintendo Labo Creators Contest,” an opportunity to submit your best Nintendo Labo creations to the company and win some cool prizes. Contestants can enter into three contest categories and win a prize package, which includes one of the Nintendo Labo kits, a Nintendo Labo Creators Jacket, and a framed award certificate from the Nintendo Labo Developers themselves.

Nintendo started this contest for the creatives out there on April 20th, and it runs until June 15th at the latest. The contest includes three categories:

  • Best Decorated Joy-Con
  • Best Toy-Con mod using Toy-Con Garage
  • Best original invention using Toy-Con Garage

In the
Best Decorated Joy-Con category, contestants will submit a photo or video of their decorated Toy-Con creation. Contestants can use any craft materials they please as long as the Toy-Con creation still functions properly. The deadline for this category is May 11, 2018.

In the Best Toy-Con mod using Toy-Con Garage category, contestants will modify creations from the Nintendo Labo Variety Kit or the Nintendo Labo Robot Kit (or both) to make something of their own. They can only use the tools found in Toy-Con Garage mode to change their Toy-Con functionality, and contestants must submit a video showing off their modifications. The deadline for this category is May 25, 2018.

In the
Best original invention using Toy-Con Garage category, contestants can make entirely new, original Toy-Con projects. They can use any crafting materials (except Labo cardboard), and they still must use the tools found in Toy-Con Garage mode to make their creation function. Entrants will submit a video describing their unique invention. The deadline for this category is June 15, 2018.

Nine winners will be chosen, and each winner will get the prizes shown off in the image in the gallery below, all of which holds a total value of over $200. In order to share your creations, you must be a My Nintendo member.
