If you’ve been interested in Nintendo Labo, but not interested enough to shell out your hard-earned cash, you may be in luck…depending on your location. Nintendo is preparing to launch Nintendo Labo workshops in a handful of cities around the United States. Starting in September, you’ll be able to head to a workshop and go hands-on with various Labo products to judge them for yourself.

Parents are encouraged to bring in kids ages nine through twelve to experience Nintendo Labo, and admission is completely free. The hour-long workshops “offer interactive activities using the Nintendo Labo: Variety Kit, as well as on-site ‘lab assistants,’ experts in white lab coats and fun colored shirts who will help attendees learn the ins and outs of Nintendo Labo.” Workshops have been announced for the following cities:

  • Phoenix, Arizona
  • Orange County, California
  • Baltimore, Maryland
  • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Denver, Colorado
  • Knoxville, Tennessee
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Savannah, Georgia
  • Seattle, Washington

If you’d like to see the exact dates of the workshops and sign up, you can check out the official website.
