It’s that time of year again. On June 26th, Nintendo will be holding its 75th annual general meeting of shareholders. As with the quarterly investor meetings, Nintendo will discuss their numbers for the previous fiscal year, but shareholders will also be able to vote on whether or not to re-instate the company’s top ten executives, although that is all but a formality (and a way of checking approval ratings) as there are no other proposed candidates to replace any of them.
Unlike the quarterly meetings, Nintendo will also discuss distribution of the company’s shares. This event will be largely focused on shareholder-specific information, but there is also a Q & A session, so we’ll be keeping our eyes on it in case any gamer-relevant news is revealed.
