Nintendo is cracking down on troublemakers in the
Super Mario Maker online community. The developer announced today on Miiverse that it will begin restricting players’ access to the Course World in Super Mario Maker for various offenses, including requesting stars from other players and exploiting glitches in order to set new world records. Nintendo has not yet stated how long players will be restricted for these actions. The Miiverse update ended by stating that Nintendo hopes fans “understand that these rules are in place to make sure everyone is able to fully enjoy Super Mario Maker.”
