Originally announced for Xbox One at E3 this year by Rare, Rare Replay provides a collection of 30 games from their past 30 years of releases. Notable games in the collection include the Banjo-Kazooie series, both Viva Piñata games, Conker’s Bad Fur Day, and many others. However, in a recent Twitch stream by a part of the Rare team, they suggested something that could potentially make many fans very happy.

While showcasing some of the games that can be played in the collection, Rare’s Lead Engineer, James Thomas, suggested that there may be more games they could release onto the collection in the future, if permitted by Rare.

“There is a wealth of titles that we could dip into; a huge heritage beyond the 30 that we chose. But that’s what made choosing the 30 so hard in the first place. We had to try and put aside just our preferences, and hopefully choose a nice wide range that we hope we’ve done. But you never know, there could be space for more.” — James Thomas

Rare Replay releases on Xbox One on August 4th, so get ready for a nostalgia roller-coaster! Who else is excited to play some classic games? Sound off below!
