Earlier today, negotiators announced that a tentative contract has been reached in the port strikes that have been affecting the West Coast since last fall. According to The Associated Press, the contract still needs to be approved by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, which could come as early as April. Among the many companies affected was Nintendo, whose hardware and Amiibo shipments are confirmed to have been impaired. It’s great to hear that things have gotten worked out, as the sooner things get resolved, the sooner things can return to normal.
