E3 is less than a week away, and the industry is abuzz. Last year, the stars aligned for Bethesda Softworks when the developer decided to hold their first E3 press conference. The full unveiling of Fallout 4 was one of the year’s biggest attractions and other projects like Doom only made the deal sweeter. This year, Bethesda might be pulling out all the stops once again, as a new rumor suggests that the studio’s big announcement will be a remaster of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Additionally, sequels to The Evil Within, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Prey will also be unveiled during the conference. Retail site Base has already listed a “definitive edition” of Skyrim on its site with a release date of November 23, 2016, adding further weight to this rumor. This could be a conference to remember if this all turns out to be true.
