Coming off the chopping block after the controversy surrounding Fire Emblem Fates, it seems Nintendo may have another mob heading its way. Bravely Second, the upcoming sequel to the popular JRPG Bravely Default, appears to have had its side quests altered as well as its character designs. According to a forum post on GameFAQs, the bad endings associated with side quests have been removed from the European version of the game. This means that no matter what your choices are throughout a quest, you will always receive the optimal outcome.
Neither Nintendo nor Square Enix have commented on the issue yet, so as of right now this is still only a rumor. It could very well just be a disgruntled fan trying to stir things up. We will keep you up to date and let you know when any official word is released.
How do you feel about all of Bravely Second‘s changes? Are you still planning on getting the game when it comes out in April? Let us know in the comments below!
