Minecraft has been used to build all sorts of cool structures and recreations, even up to remaking other games and consoles within the block-based world. Now one Minecraft creator, going by the name “Requag,” has revealed another such project: he has made a working Game Boy Advance within the game, and he’s currently working on recreating Pokémon FireRed Version for it. The game itself is still a work-in-progress, still lacking things like combat and dialogue, but Requag has done an impressive amount with it already and wanted to go ahead and give the public a chance to play with it.
Minecraft v1.10 can access this game and experience this new way to play Pokémon, and Requag will be continuing to work on remaking the complete experience in the meantime. For now, check out the trailer he released for it above!
