It’s been a long wait with multiple delays along the way, but Star Fox Zero is finally launching on Wii U on April 22nd. Popular Japanese gaming publication Famitsu Magazine has already released their review of the game, and it’s a pretty positive one. As usual, Famitsu had four different editors each give the game a score out of 10, making a 40 the perfect score.

Nintendo’s latest offering pulled in an overall score of 35, with individual review scores of 9, 9, 9, and 8. That rating is one point higher than the last game in the series, a 3DS remake of the classic
Star Fox 64, received back in 2011. Star Fox Guard, the accompanying game, had scores of 7, 8, 8, and 8 for a total score of 31.
