The Dolphin emulator allows GameCube games (as well as Wii games) to be graphically enhanced for a more visually impressive experience. The latest example of this is a pair of patches that allow GameCube classics Super Mario Sunshine and Pikmin 2 to run at 60 frames per second. While that frame rate is fairly standard today, these games originally ran at 30 frames per second on GameCube, or 25 in PAL regions. You can check out video footage of the games running at the smoother frame rate by clicking above!
