The BBC is planning to make a television drama about the making of Grand Theft Auto, according to a recent press release. The release stated that the drama, which will be broadcast on the BBC Two channel, will follow the development of the game itself, rather than being based on the game’s characters or storyline.

The drama will comprise of a 90-minute feature focusing on the primary makers of the game, Sam and Dan Houser. The original press release by the BBC described the franchise as “one of the most extraordinary creative and controversial success stories of our time.” It comes as part of the Make It Digital scheme, which aims to get more people interested in technology and coding in the U.K.
