Unreal Engine 4 is one of the most popular graphics engines in the industry, and it’s free for developers to download. Thanks to this wide availability, many fans have been recreating scenes and areas from popular classic games. YouTuber CryZENx has remade numerous Zelda locations using Unreal Engine 4 in the past, and today he tried his hand at another series. CryZENx’s latest tech demo is the exterior of Luigi’s Mansion from the game of the same name.
Just this brief look has me craving a new, HD entry in the series, or even a remake of the original. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t show us anything inside the mansion (and the outside of the mansion could use more lighting), but perhaps we’ll see more in a future video.
