Japanese arcade-goers have been enjoying Pokkén Tournament since last Summer, and the Pokémon/Tekken hybrid will be launching around the world on Wii U on March 18th. After the game launches in the West, the best of the best can compete in the first-ever Pokkén Tournament Championship Series in San Francisco in August, if they make it through a qualifying round at Community Effort Orlando in June. The Pokémon Company has released a trailer to raise hype for the event, and it reveals that there will be over $100,000 given away in prizes during the Championship Series.
