In a little over a year, Sonic the Hedgehog will be a major motion picture. The live-action/CG hybrid stars Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Jim Carrey as Robotnik, and James Marsden as the sheriff of the town of Green Hills. Previously the film was slated to hit movie theaters on November 15th, 2019, but now it appears we’ll be getting it a little bit sooner.
This info comes via Deadline. According to their latest report, Paramount Pictures is moving around some of its scheduled release dates, including Sonic the Hedgehog. The movie is now scheduled to hit theaters a week earlier on November 8th, 2019. The November 15th slot will now be occupied by the latest attempt at reviving the Terminator franchise, with that film being bumped up from its previous November 22nd release date.
