Atlus has officially announced that three of their RPGs are confirmed to be coming to the Nintendo 3DS in western territories. These three games—Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux—are planned for releases in early 2018, save for Etrian Odyssey V, which should come out this fall.

As with the trailer for Etrian Odyssey V above, trailers have been released for both Perfect Chronology and Strange Journey Redux on the Nintendo YouTube channel. These games had been previously announced for release in Japan, so it is nice to hear that audiences in both North America and Europe will be able to enjoy localized versions of the titles within a year as well.

Which of these Atlus projects are you most excited for? Are you glad that these games are coming to the Nintendo 3DS, or would you have preferred ports to the Nintendo Switch? Let us know in the comments below!

Hey all! I've been a gamer since I was three. I'm one of those people with gaming so ingrained in them that watching my father play Super Mario 64 is actually my first memory I can recall. I love writing too! I'm writing an original fantasy series that takes place in another universe; it may take some inspiration from some of my favorite franchises. I've been a journalist for a few years, have worked on local and national teams, and have garnered experience assigning stories, editing, writing, interviewing, hosting a television series, running a YouTube channel, and doing other stuff that's more fun to mention in conversation. Bios can drag on. Anyway, I'm super stoked to be a part of the Gamnesia team! Thanks for having me!
