There has been a lot of excitement recently around Universal Studio’s upcoming Nintendo attractions. Now, Ubisoft is also bringing some of their most popular franchises to life in a Dubai Theme park. The company has partnered up with IMG Worlds, who is opening a new park in 2020 called IMG Worlds of Legends. The two-million square foot park will contain Assassin’s Creed, Just Dance, and Rabbids attractions. Pokémon is also mentioned in the report alongside SpongeBob, Power Rangers, and Dragon Ball Z, but their creators have not yet confirmed their involvement.

Ubisoft’s Vice President of Location-Based Entertainment, Jean de-Rivières, had this to say about the partnership:

“As part of our strategy to expand our video game brands into other forms of entertainment, Ubisoft is thrilled to partner with IMG Worlds, owner of the world’s largest indoor theme park, to bring our game franchises to life in the fast-growing tourist destination of Dubai.”
— Jean de-Rivières
