Fans of Beyond Good & Evil have been waiting well over a decade for a sequel, and now there’s finally some good news on that front. Following numerous rumors about the game’s development (including one that says it will be exclusive to Nintendo’s NX), Ubisoft’s Michel Ancel began teasing the game with artwork, igniting excitement and hope among faithful fans. Ubisoft added fuel to the hype today by officially announcing via Facebook that Ancel has teamed up with Ubisoft Montpellier Studio to work on the long-awaited sequel. In addition to Ubisoft chiming in, Ancel has released another
another teaser image which indicates that the game is currently only in pre-production.
