In a recent interview with IGN, Justin Richmond, the game director for Naughty Dog’s upcoming Uncharted 4, stated that he was in fact leaving Naughty Dog. He was quoted saying:

“I have in fact made the decision to leave Naughty Dog. I love the company and the people and know that they will continue to create awesome games going forward. On a happier note, after careful consideration and exploration I have joined Riot Games. There is some really innovative stuff going on here that I can’t wait to be a part of.”
— Justin Richmond

We should also note that Amy Henning, the creative director for Uncharted 4, also left earlier in March 2014. This can’t be good news for Naughty Dog or Sony with so many resignations and
layoffs.
