Visceral Games, the developer best known for the Dead Space series, is hard at work on Battlefield Hardline and a Star Wars game right now, but that doesn’t mean Dead Space is forgotten. Dead Space 3, although reasonably successful, saw lower average review scores than its predecessors (with many criticizing its shift away from a horror focus to more action-based gameplay) and sold less than publisher EA was expecting.

EA has given no word about the future of the series, but according to Visceral general manager Steve Papoutsis, “there’s definitely a lot of interest internally for us to pick that up again at a future date.” Would you like to see Dead Space return?
