Spike TV’s Video Game Awards are no more, but they’ve been replaced with a new and (hopefully) improved show simply called The Game Awards. Organized by longtime gaming journalist Geoff Keighley, the show will feature awards for the top-rated games of the past year as well as announcements for over a dozen games and world premieres of new games. We expect to get our first look at Street Fighter V, new trailers (and possibly announcements) from Nintendo, and updates on games like The Order: 1886 and Bloodborne.

All the action starts soon, as the show kicks off at 6:00pm Pacific, which is 9:00pm on the East coast and 2:00am for our friends in the UK. We’re streaming the whole event live, and we’ll be keeping you up to date with all the news as it’s announced!
