Nintendo’s site opened an official Wii U Virtual Console page. The image on the left is part of a gigantic banner across the top of the site’s layout. You can see many games already available on the Wii U Virtual Console, such as Super Mario World and F-Zero. However, the image also shows off the Xevious logo.

Using this logic, it’s safe to say Xevious will be arriving on the Wii U Virtual Console in North America in the near future. The game was already released digitally in Japan, and a 3D Classic version of the title is available in the 3DS eShop.

It’s not surprising to see the game come to the Wii U Virtual Console, but it’s another edition to the digital store. Here’s to hoping more classics arrive in a timely fashion. Will you be buying any Wii U VC games?

Jackson Murphy is eighteen years old. He is a dumb college student that you would probably hate.
