A few days ago, BioShock: The Collection, a compilation of remastered versions of the games in the BioShock series, was officially revealed to be releasing on September 13th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The PC version will not include BioShock Infinite because the title is said to already meet the “current-gen standards” when running on its maximum settings.

There is some good news for PC users though. If you own BioShock, BioShock 2, or the add-on for BioShock 2, Minerva’s Den, then you’ll be able to play the remastered version for free.

The games are also available for only $3.99 each right now, with the Minerva’s Den add-on costing $2.49 thanks to Steam’s Summer Sale. But hurry; because the offer ends in just a few hours!

BioShock: The Collection is set to release on September 13th. You can preorder the game now on Xbox One and PS4.

Our Verdict

Writing is half of my life. Video games make up the other half. I decided to put these two hobbies together and join Gamnesia back in 2015. I spend most of my time working at a retail store and paying off my student debt. When I'm not getting stressed about the thousands of dollars I owe my loan providers, I play tons of video games (which just puts me into more debt). I'm also currently writing a novel in what little spare time I have. It's a story I've been wanting to write for a while, but I don't want to talk about it until I have most of it completed. Any Gamnesia-related inquiries may be sent to [email protected] Feel free to follow my personal Twitter if you want (@Pindlo). I mostly just retweet things.
