Before yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, rumors about a possible delay of Star Fox Zero circulated around the internet, apparently due to the heavy focus on motion controls. We now know that the game has not been delayed, but the motion control focus remains. Nintendo of America has even confirmed that you cannot disable the motion controls; however, you can change the way that they are implemented.

“Motion controls cannot be entirely disabled in Star Fox Zero, although players will have some options to choose how they are implemented. The game was designed to be played with motion controls, and it would be incredibly difficult to complete certain areas of the game without the independent aiming and flight that they offer.”

Did you hope for an option to turn off the motion controls? Let us know in the comments below!

Hello everyone! I have been gaming for as long as I can remember. I still feel as enthousiastic about it as when I was a kid, perhaps even more. Though I have fun playing any kind of game, my favorite genre has to be JRPG's. I am also very passionate about Nintendo, I was brought up with their games and they do have a special place in my heart. I am also very passionate about writing, be it stories or articles, and that's why I'll try to do my very best here! P.S. Wario is number 1!
