While Pokémon fans across the globe are still frantically trying to catch ’em all in Pokémon GO, The Pokémon Company already has a new mobile game scheduled to come out in Japan real soon. The game is titled Splash! Magikarp, and it is being released on iOS and Android this spring. The official teaser site has an imaginary newspaper that describes the appearance of Magikarp-shaped holes in a peaceful town and an investigation to figure out the cause is underway. You can check out the teaser by clicking here.
Unfortunately, that’s all we know about the title at this point, but hopefully more information—and, perhaps, a Western release date—will be revealed in the coming weeks. What do you think this game could be like? Let us know in the comments below!
