In a recent interview,
Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma discussed some of his intentions when creating The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Aonuma explained that he wants to ensure that every player’s adventure will be unique, with them experiencing something new every time they play. The environment of Breath of the Wild was specifically designed to allow for these unique experiences, as each player will be presented with a myriad of options that will shape their game.

“For this game, if 100 players play this game, there will be 100 options and 100 game experiences. I wanted to create an environment where if the user played it today and then played it again tomorrow, they would have a different experience.”
