After The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddessessuccessful tour this past summer, the Symphony is ready to continue the next leg of their tour in New York City. Before Zelda‘s Symphony of the Goddesses takes to the stage at the Barclay’s Center in New York City, however, they will perform on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote the rest of their tour. Nintendo has confirmed that the orchestra will play music from The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes in addition to the series’ older material.

“We are excited to announce that The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses will perform as the musical guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday, October 13th, including highlights from the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes game set to launch October 23.” — Nintendo

I can’t remember the last time a late night talk show host had a video game symphony as their musical guest, so this is pretty amazing. It may be a long shot, but I hope the Symphony plays Majora’s Mask‘s Song of Healing!
